Very interesting turn of events with McRae. I really hope he comes back. I think if the coaches can teach him to play with a little more control and discipline he can be very good in this league.

In the blog entry linked above McCrae says some of the problems were academic. Maybe Coach Brown told him during their meeting that they will wait until his final grades for the semester come back before they say whether he will return or not. Pure speculation but it makes some sense.
