SB beat UMBC 3-1 in the first game.

I don't see any updates on the UA game yet.

I looked at the radar and a big glob of weather just went through and has cleared on Long Island.

( with only 4 outs left to take the game )

McIntosh gave up a single and then a 2 run home run,

allowing BU to tie the game, 3-3.

The Great Danes rebounded in the final game of the day as senior Megan Butsch had three hits and scored as many runs in a 5-1 elimination game victory over UMBC. Albany will face Stony Brook in the losers bracket final Saturday at 12 noon

Winner of the noon game faces BU at 2:30. I did not see when the game after that would be if UA wins both tomorrow.

Gina Mason just hit a 3 run homer, to go up 4-1 in the bottom of the 5th inning.

 

Game Over. UAlbany takes it 4-1. On to BU.

 

 

If UAlbany wins the first championship game vs BU later today, the championship will be decided Sunday morning at a time to be announced.
