Albany/Central Connecticut St. baseball score

Recommended Posts

went ot the game for part of it. When i left, Albany was up 7-0 in the 7th. Murphy was looking really, and i mean really good. CCS was getting bad pitching from what i saw. Actually one guy from there team ,Nick Conte, i went to school with. But they were winning.

ON A BIG SIDE NOTE...

At least two guys i saw with stop watches and note bads working every inning. Looked like scouts to me. But didnt know if or where they were from.

Final score 8-1 http://www.albany.edu/sports/stories.htm#baseccsu

BTW,  anyone else think that CCSU should change their name to Connecticut St. University?  IMHO, the latter would be much better from a marketing perspective.

They're part of the Conn. State University System, so they may not want CSU. But yeah, as Division I they should separate themselves from Eastern, Western, and Southern CSU. They might not want to go with SUC.

CCSU had an RPI of 127, Albany 78 starting this week.

REALLY??? hahahaha, i swear it looked like Murphy...hahahhaa my fault. Whatever it was, im telling you, it seemed that there were two scouts at the game by the looks of it. Both guys had stop watches, and note pads, if that counts for anything.
