Tough to generate a buzz when there won't be another home game for almost a month. Also when there's no offense, no matter how well the defense plays. The O should do better when conference play starts, but this team may be in a lot of 14-10 games.

It would be nice if an injury report were added to the game notes.

It's not an injury report but the depth chart on the Brown game notes says Fantell is the starter and Wilson the backup at running back. It looks like Vidal is out again this week going by that. Hopefully if he's questionable they'll hold him out another week for the conference schedule instead of risking reinjury in a non-conference game.

I think it was Ruler who before the season began made the comparison of this years Albany team and last years Monmouth team. Great defense but struggles to score. It may not be as bad as it looks once the NEC teams roll into town. Last year Albany was shutout by Northeastern and nearly shutout by Brown. They really didn't have much trouble scoring against conference teams with the exception of the Monmouth game but we weren't alone there.

Brown has their starting RB returning but will be debuting a new QB. Hopefully we can take advantage of that.
