I thought everyone should know, since I lost my mind at points this summer. I have passed the Massachusetts Bar Exam, now awaiting the NYBOB results.

 

I am sure my new friend D2k can rest easy since he rode me like a rented mule this summer (YOU KNOW I AM JOKING!!!)

You should change your screen name on the Siena Board to "Dane 96, Esq". Here's my one piece of advice to you before you appear before the character committee -- pay your parking tickets. It was the best advice anyone gave me. I can still provide the transcript of my interview verbatim:

 

Committee: Well, Mr. Statefan, I see you've attended school in Albany for a while.

Me: Yes, your honor

Committee: Then, I'm sure you've racked up a number of parking tickets.

Me: Yes, your honor

Committee: How much do you presently owe in parking tickets?

Me: Nothing, your honor

Committee: Please explain

Me: I paid them yesterday, your honor

Committee: Congratulations, son, you're admitted.

LOL...OMG, too funny. I am prepared for that because of my sisters experience w/ a host of New Orleans tickets. Unfortunately, parking being as hard to come by as a Yankee's win these days, I owe the City of Boston quite a pretty penny.

 

BTW....I HAD NO CLUE you practiced (let alone the fact you are an attorney).
