An idea for the Basketball Games

Recommended Posts

I'm debating writing an email to coach Brown suggesting that at the basketball home games that the PA announcer when he reads the starting line up for UA, that he tells the crowd to get on there feet or somthing to get them involved early. It would be very similar to what they do at the vollyball games. I think this would help get the team pumped and the crowd involved early. What do people think about this idea good or bad?

Good idea. I really like how the volleyball announcer tries to fire up the crowd. I'm not sure Brown would be the person to email that to as I don't know how much he has to do with that kind of stuff. I would almost think that would be a better suggestion for Don Ostrom or Cara White.

If you do mention it to them you might want to suggest bringing the Albany Cup at that first home game. At least have it on display in the Hall of Fame Room or something.
