A few thoughts

Patch you are really making friends on the $iena board. I see you are taking a break (or giving them a break) for a while which is kind of you (a new year's resolution maybe?). They are going through a tough time right now although I have to imagine they will get things straightened out pretty soon. A really difficult part of their schedule and unfortunetly against some good teams that casual fans may not recognize as good teams (Toledo, Niagra, Manhattan and Northern Iowa).

What about Monmouth? Great teams like Siena don't lose to Monmouth and Toledo at home! LOL!!!!!!!!

I'm just saying other than Marist the other teams they've lost to are in the top 150 rpi-wise and that their fans are overreacting somewhat. Believe me with the flack I take from $iena fans I'm not shedding any tears over their skid.

They have 8 of 9 back from an NCAA Tourney team! They should be 9-3 not 3-9. 9 straight losses is a joke!

It's amazing I'm not attacking anyone but yet they're going nuts on me - atleast a few of them.

 

Some of them went "Bonkers" on me earlier this year when I told them how they would miss Prosper and they denied missing him and said they would be better with out him and his crazy turnovers even though he had one of the best aast/to ratios on the team.

 

They didn't need a go to guy they had so much depth that they would be better in the clutch when nobody knew who they would go to.

 

They had 8 of their top 9 back from an NIT team plus a great recruiting class

 

What will they do next year if we beat them?

 

They boast about their attendance figures but ridicule the "old timers" who don't act like 20 year old "$iena fanatics"

 

They are truly a dysfunctional bunch right now.

 

All they did was hype every player from walk ons to prime time guys.

 

Did you know they are the top program in the MAAC - a program that all other teams should aspire to be like.

 

Beers was a phenominal shooter who could handle the point.

 

Sniezyk was slimmer and better

 

Miller was stronger and better.

 

Williams was going to have a great year.

 

Ryan and Holle were going to be solid contributors.

 

Hey I hope they turn it around I never want to here kids, coaches or teams exposed to being booed at home. I also root for them and attend their games when it's not in conflict with the Danes

 

As much as I want UA to win I hope we don't go through what they are when we face adversity after having success.
