To further Dane 96's point, Coach Marr was on Wyland's show this morning. He said today would be the toughest practice of the year, just to make the point that it's a new week, with a cross-town opponent, who is an improving program. One interesting part of the dialogue (and i'm doing this from memory, so my numbers could be a little off) was when Coach said Hopkins called a time out with 24 seconds left, he looked up at the scoreboard and saw 24 sec - his number as a Hopkins player was 24, and the score was 8-7 - his Hopkins team won the national xchampionship in '87, which he said he considered a good omen.
