Great first half for us (36-21). Gifford with 3 blocks in the half. Solid overall play; GREAT defensive effort

Team defense seemed to break down when Jamar got a blow there for a little bit, but overall, yeah, awesome D.

 

Carl Ross is awesome. I wish they'd play him more.

Albany dominated pretty well. Unfortuanately, there was that classic UAlbany flatness at the beginning of the second half but, once again, our guys worked it out. How about Carl Ross? He really stimulated our defense there when it was lagging. And a nice game for Gifford too with three blocks. Connely scored well too. Hope Brent is good for tomorrow after the incident there as well as Jamar (though he seemed to be in better condition then Brent).

 

Nice turnout guys! From what I saw here online there must've been a few hundred albany fans there at least. Camera zoomed in on you once in a while (actually the video feed online is the same as what's on the jumbotron screen at the arena). I shall be joining you tomorrow.
