Sooooo...

UVM loses to Dartmouth and then Dartmouth loses to SBU, arguably the worst team in the AE, by 27.

 

Now, I haven't checked to see who didn't play for Dartmouth or SBU etc, but this isn't portraying Vermont in a good light at all.

And I know, conference play isn't for some time - but using logic, doesn't look like Vermont is all that strong. It's one thing if SBU squeaked one out and snuck away with a win, but they won by 27!

Wasn't BU picked to win the AE this season? I believe they are now 1-6 after today. I know it's early, but UVM and BU don't scare me in the least.

Me neither....after having watched us play tonight I think we have a very strong chance of going back to back to back. UMBC looks phenomenal but the rest of the league is .....mmmmmeeeehhhh..... Keep in mind though, BU is missing both of their stars. They will be there and a tough out when it matters.

 

Also, keep in mind that coach Browns teams traditionally only get better as the season progresses. So far it's been a very good season.

I agree with you about our team getting better as the season goes on. Last year, I really noticed a difference in offensive play as the season went on. Give credit to Coach Brown and his staff for that, and also give credit to the work ethic of our players!
