Never good to lose a recruit, but when it comes down to us versus a Big East team, I'm happy we're in the game.

IMO, that says a lot about the state of the Syracuse program. A Big East program should not be competing for recruits against an NEC team. I'm sure he's a good player but Maine, UNH and Temple were the other interested teams...

I agree 100%. SU has hit rock bottom when they are competing with a limited scholarship FCS team. They're Big East for god's sake! The Big East should be damn happy they added USF and UConn because the old programs are stinking it up (I mean You Syracuse).
