The same guy got us a $2.8 million grant in October.

The junior college in farmville, known as siena, has always been like a blackhead on the arse of the University of Albany. Nobody really knows it's there, it's tiny and meaningless, and is really only a nuisance. Just like any other zit, it eventually becomes annoying, and gets popped. In time, the blackhead rebubbles, and it gets popped once again.
