PSBLynn Lynn Worthy Binghamton U. SID John Hartrick said the senior C Kyrie Sutton has been dismissed from the men's basketball team.

The Binghamton University men's basketball team has dismissed senior center Kyrie Sutton, accoridng to SID John Hartrick.

 

Head coach Mark Macon is expected to address Sutton's dismissal after tonight's exhibition game tonight at the Events Center.

 

Sutton, a 6-foot-9 senior from Brooklyn, was the lone senior and only remaining player on the team who played on the 2008-09 America East Conference championship team. He played in 29 games last season (11 starts), and he averaged 6.4 points and 4.1 rebounds per game. He was the second-highest scorer returning this season, and the leading rebounder returning to this year's team.
