Met with Mary Johnson, the Major Gifts Officer (very sweet woman) from the University today (SoCal_Dane, you're next) and she told me that there is a new person who has taken over the new media aspects for athletics and that the horribly outdated website will be getting some sort of revamp.

Also worth noting, CSNE funding did not take away from UA funding and those came from separate coffers.

Did you meet her in Beverly Hills last night? I screwed up the meeting invite in my iPhone and thought we were meeting last night in La Jolla. I ended up texting her and she said she was meeting someone (presumably you Daryl B) last night.

I intend to ask about the CNSE divorce mess and the stadium expansion.

She told me she was meeting you today. We had lunch today. I grilled her a bit about the stadium. She knows that its meant to be expandable but they are still paying back loans from the building of the stadium, so its not going to happen right away. Also talked about expanding the lacrosse facility (bathrooms, etc)

I thought this worthy of a bump, as nothing has happened on this front yet, and I think we would all like to see them get moving on it.
