2022 NCAA WBB Selection Show Viewing Event Sunday

 With the America East Championship under their belts, the Great Danes earned an automatic qualifying bid to the NCAA Tournament. Join the team at Madison Theatre as they watch the 2022 Selection Show (ESPN, 8 pm Sunday) to find out who they will play next and where.

Join the team at Madison Theatre as they celebrate their win and find out where they are headed to begin the NCAA Tournament. The Selection Show will start at 8 pm; doors will open to the theater at 6:30 pm.

Ticket information will be made available Monday afternoon and will be communicated via email. If you have any ticketing questions, please contact the UAlbany Ticket Office at 518-442-DANE(3263) or at GreatDaneTickets@albany.edu.

"Scouting" Baylor for a potential Baylor - UAlbany WBB for a NCAA matchup or future OOC game?

Both. We’ll probably be in a 1-16 game against someone. Baylor, NC State, Stanford, S.C. Despite a 23 win season we are from the AE. Will root for a 15 but I’m probably dreaming. I’ll take whatever we get, wear my luckiest T-shirt and have fun with it.

Well......Baylor just lost. Do they still get a 1 seed? Anyway, I thought it would be nice, in a way, to play Stanford, whose coach played her college ball at Albany. Nice trip for the ladies, but not so much for our fans. We’ll see.

No. RealtimeRPI already had Baylor as a 3. ESPN now has us at #1 Louisville.

Would that be a play-in game? What kind of seed would UCF get? I think they just broke into the top 25.

UAlbany is a Sixteenth seed against a One seed Louisville in Kentucky ...... Wichita Bracket .... America East vs ACC

I'd guess about 75-100.... a lot more than some of the schools they showed

Mullen also revived Will Brown's mantra from his first D-I NCAA tourney "Why not us?"
