I saw that.  The FBS school can only offer full scholarships.  FCS schools have the same total number of scholarships but only 63 full - they can break them up into partials.  The NY state Tuition thing has to help UA get to 85.

At least 5 DB's committed so far...Looks like he's trying to fix what was essentially a D3 situation at corner. That entire CB rotation needs to be gutted and replaced, none of them deserve any playing time going forward. Looks like he's targeting bigger kids as well and not an entire secondary of 5'8 and 5'9 kids...

Nice pickup.  Looks VERY athletic for his position.  He's not that fast though...runs a 4.7 and is now 220.
