  1.

My understanding is that he's going to be attending school this year and sitting out.- CC

    I don't know if that's possible?

First off he just verbally committed and school has been in session for awhile.

Secondly if he attends he would probably be counted against our scholarship allowance and I believe all our scholarships for this year are accounted for.

  2. Jamar dropped 21pts and 4 assists in 19 minutes for Finland in their overtime loss to France - a team loaded with NBA talent (6) like Tony Parker and Boris Diaw in the opening round of the FIBA Euro Championships.

Jamar shot 9 for 13 from the floor including 1 of 2 from three. He also was 2 for 2 from the FT Line.

They probably should have played him more!!!!!

WB will have the same problem I knew he would have last year - giving enough minutes to everyone to keep them happy.- godanesgo99

It's all a matter of perspective - to me it's a good problem to have, a lot better then having 5 guys who are guaranteed 35 minutes a game and have no one to push them in practice.

Its not like the new guys didn't know Peter, Evan and Ray were back for one year.

    Practices should be ridiculously competitive!!!!!!!

  4. From the Siena board regarding Cremo - "....The Cremo kid is a very smart and strong player. Handles the ball, drives and can shoot very well......"

    Nothing we didn't already know.

There will be some real competition on the perimeter - preseason practices will be interesting, I would expect the Top 3 listed below to play 28+ mpg, that doesn't leave much time:

Evan - 1st team All AE

Ray - 3rd team All AE - All Defensive team

    Peter - enough said!

    Dallas - proven commodity

    Jamir Andrews - will see

Joe Cremo - seems very solid

David Nichols - PG of the future

No question he smacked the Siena AD around...he's been able to do what Mr. McElroy wouldn't or couldn't do for whatever reason. He's now been able to peel one game off of the TUC setting up future contracts to once and for all go home and home. To cement this further it's absolutely critical that the next contract either start at SEFCU or completely pull the game out of the Siena season ticket package and make it a true 50/50 and split all revenue and expenses.

He's done well to position this negotiation right where we want it. Now it's up to Coach Brown to keep the pressure on Siena on the basketball court. - Clickclack

Benson had a much greater advantage that the previous AD. - UA men had won 4 of 5 includingthe past 3!!!!

He went into a water pistol fight with a fully loaded "Machine Gun"!
