Huge win....HUGE. However, again, Delaware is a loss that is going to affect us down the line. Mark my words. Unless UDEE goes off this year...it will haunt us.

Did anyone see the game and if so, what was the call the UMass posters are complaining about on laxpower?

 

Is this the highest nationally ranked team we have ever beaten in any sport?

I saw the second half. The Albany fans were certainly had some beefs with the refs.

 

At the very end of the game, as UMass tried for a last shot, the ball carrier was knocked down and a ref threw the flag, but the clock already had expired. The box score shows both an Albany illegal body check for 1 minute and a UMass unsportsmanlike 3 minute penalty at 0:00. The play was on Channel 6's 6:00 news.
