Time for A new sign

Well my 10-6 sign worked last time, so lets see if it does the job again. Tonights sign will read somthing like We Want First Place by Monday. Any thoughts?

How about "All I want for Chinese New Year is 8 more in a row" Coincidentally 2006 IS the year of the dog.

Yes it was a X-Mas wish, but i don't know if i could fit all that on a sign. Plus when is the Chinese New Year

Chinese New Year begins with the new moon, Sunday Jan. 29 thru the full moon 15 days later.

Well it would make more sense for the Stony Brook game. So I'm going to keep it as We Want First Place by Monday.

I was (mostly) kidding around with the Chinese new year's idea. Your's sounds like a great idea and a sign of a great fan who promotes optimism again when things are looking down.

How about "We are ready for The Final Phase"

 

The first phase being "Let's beat up on Oakland then find a way to lose our other games in November" although we did have a couple of good games against Florida and ucla.

 

The second phase was "Let's put Lillis at the point and despite being inconsistent and being on the wrong end of a few 20-point turnarounds, we'll find a way to win most of the time in Dec/Jan."

 

The third and final phase would be, "Let's play 40 minutes solid, pound the ball inside when we can't buy a trey, and spare the drama." (Although I rather enjoy the drama--the '03-04 season was rather interesting despite all the losses, as someone noted earlier).
