Lottery for tickets

Check this & this out.

"BURLINGTON, Vt. – Due to extreme demand and limited availability, the University of Vermont Ticket Office will hold a lottery for unsold tickets for the America East Championship game. Approximately 125 tickets will be made available to lottery winners. These tickets have been released from the student allotment. Tickets will cost $25 per seat and entries will be limited to two tickets per winner. Limit one entry per person. Lottery entries will open at noon on Thursday and will close at 11:00am on Friday morning.

To enter the lottery, fans can stop by the Ticket Office to put their name in. The Ticket Office hours are Monday - Friday: 9:00am, to 5:00pm (during the academic year). Names can also be submitted through the web by emailing athletic.tickets@uvm.edu. Due to the large demand, phone entries will not be accepted. All entries must present a full name and phone number in order to enter; winners will be contacted via telephone on Friday afternoon. All orders must be paid for at the time of notification and valid photo ID will be required to pick up the tickets. The photo ID must match the name of the entry winner."

Nothing in there about not allowing Albany fans to win the lottery, so let's get entering. With a little luck, maybe our 600-strong cheering section gets up to 625 or 650. Every voice will help!

they may check area codes for the phone numbers given---and will throw out anything other than 802---I wouldn't put it past them.
