BARKSDALE- Game Day Roster?

I noticed that for the San Diego game, Rashad moved up to the two-deep because of an injury to Benny Sapp. Rashad is also listed as the backup again this week.

 

Anyone know if Rashad made the game day roster against San Diego last week?

Typical TU. I love the coverage on Barksdale, but where is the game preview? First home game of the year and no article this week yet? What the heck is going on over there. A pre-game article on the day of the game is not enough. And an article about a former player does NOT qualify as a game preview article. That's two games in a row where Singleas has written about former players for his Friday article.

It's our second home game, but in a 10-page sports section:

 

2+ pages of high school sports (small town strategy, write about the families that buy the paper)

1 1/4 pages about the River Rats (play at the T-U Center)

Over 1 1/2 pages of baseball playoffs

1/2 page of horse racing (tradition)

1/2 page of golf

1/2 page of NHL hockey

1+ page of ads (business)

1 1/2 pages for Marion Jones, transactions, sports notes, TV listings, SC/Kentucky game

 

Barksdale story gets 1/4 page split between page 1 and page 9

 

UAlbany basketball schedules found in the agate type along with the local college soccer scores, no story
