Kamilah McShine finished 8th in the 400 hurdles, almost 4 seconds off her preliminary time, but even repeating that prelim would still have put her only up to 7th.

Albany should have 6 student-athletes going to NCAAs.

Joe Green and Ricardo Estremera auto-qualified. Alie Beauvais is GUARANTEED to go as his time is 6th in the nation and he was beaten by 3 of the better 5 at Regionals, meaning at most he would be the 3rd at-large bid of 4 to get in. (but he's actually #1). Luke Schoen should also just squeak in. And surprisingly enough, their 4x4 may actually make the field depending on how many they elect to participate. Their time places them 17th in the NCAAs, the field size last year was 18, and two teams ranked ahead of them in the NCAAs did not finish in the top 10 at Regionals leaving them out of the running.

It is not out of the question for Albany to finish in the top 10-15 at NCAAs.

Any word on what happened to Moore in the 1500?

Alie Beauvais and Luke Schoen (pole vault) get at-large bids, no mention of the 4X400 team.

UA release

With Beauvais and Joe Greene both in the 400 IM hurdles, UAlbany will have two student-athletes compete in the same event for the first time at the Division I level.
