Gibbs McEachran, M, Christ School (N.C.) has switched his verbal to Albany after being previously committed to Siena. A speedy middie, he's put up 140 points in the past three seasons on varsity, earning All-State honors in 2011. After Brian Brecht left Siena, McEachran also considered Rutgers, Mt. St. Mary's, Hobart and Lynchburg.

Good to see the young man come to his senses...clearly, if you want to play high level lacrosse in the CD, you come to Albany and not the school that can't even install lights.

John Maloney, M, Victor (N.Y.) has committed to Albany. Albany helped the Rochester team to the championship at the National Lacrosse Classic, also playing in the all-star game at top 205. Twice an All-County selection, he put up 27 goals and 26 assists this past spring. Also considered Siena, Mercyhurst, Yale and Air Force.

Actually LCC has lights. They just are low level (like that school) lights and are not usable during games!

Better late than never this kid comes to his senses. Not sure why anybody would consider LCC unless they had no other offers
