Besides the slightly misleading headline, the T-U story includes this nugget: "University at Albany officials have not yet presented their NYSUNY 2020 plan, which was supposed to happen before the end of the year. A version of the plan called for the hiring of 187 new faculty members, an enrollment expansion of 1,350 students, and a $150 million Biomedical and Information Innovation Research Plaza."
