Those are the ones I said earlier - The NY State Police HQ, The State Police Training Academy, and The NYSP Forensics Lab. I don't think they'll be moving. The sculpture studio is the building just below the circle at 7:00.

University Police is partly cut off at the very bottom of the picture, to the right of two grounds department buildings.

Ahh, it's the other entrance. I couldn't remember, but I knew I saw a police sign at that mini-intersection of sorts months back when I was getting my parking decal.

This looks like the traffic rotary and the building will be built over the existing ring road, with that road moved to the woods and open field at the bottom. That's the only way I can see a 12-acre (roughly 600x800 feet) parcel fitting in there.

 

The ETEC was originally to be built on either side of the Life Sciences building. At 225,000 sq. ft. (over five acres by itself, though probably on multiple floors) ETEC with its own associated parking looks to be a lot bigger than the cybersecurity building shown.
