  1. Agree on other sports but CAA is better than the NEC for football by tenfold
  2. Interestingly enough. 3 of our best players were 2 Walk ons (Kelly, woodell) and a d2 transfer (juncaj) Not always the high recruits who pay dividends
  3. To be fair, Albany has won handily in every game since the UNH loss. Not a single game was close. Our offense seems to have found their groove. We thrive on big plays. Gonna have to score early and often
  4. Solid win. Outside of FT can’t complain much. Clutch play down the stretch too
  5. Place looks awesome. Hope it’s full and the team plays well tonight
  6. Right. I remember the whole purpose of joining CAA and getting the new stadium was to join the highest football available at fcs with possibilities of even more. Now they’re kinda just lumped in with a bunch of other schools in the Carolina’s in a conference losing it’s identity. Odd spot to be in
  7. Something’s gotta give. Of all the football only schools Albany is kind of the odd man out, with Bryant. CAA seems intent on adding schools from the south. Not sure if the AE would/could sponsor football but that makes the most sense imho
  8. Delaware leaving the CAA. Would have to think the other CAA football only schools are weighing options. Some combination of UA, UNH, Bryant, URI, Maine, Villanova and maybe a couple others make sense. Whatever gets them off of god forsaken FloSports edit: spitballing but maybe Monmouth and Stony Brook wind up in the America East. I’m sure they’re not happy either
  9. Marshall shot lights out. Good game all around. Gotta build on it
  10. To be fair, that was thanksgiving weekend I believe. Should be more students around this year, albeit close to finals
  11. Poffenbarger led the FCS in passing TDs this year. Not sure I can make sense of what this guy is saying. NCCU lost 50-20 to Howard two weeks ago. Their qb was 11-25 for 70 yards obviously they can upset UA but it’s an odd pick
  12. I noticed that Roy Alexander was back yesterday. Wouldn’t be surprised to see him apply for medical redshirt. Only played first and last game
  13. Team is a fun watch at least. Plenty of offense. Much better than past few years in that regard
  14. Very winnable game. Defense shows up, and I think you’ll see the Danes in Idaho
  15. Honestly they didn’t play half bad. The defense is no good but Seton Hall is bigger and faster. They were gonna score regardless. If the Danes can figure out how to play halfway decent on the end of the floor I think they’ll be alright. Team has talent offensively. Neely coming back soon too
