Update on St. Maarten Women's viewing is at Royal Palm pool bar. Royal Palm, unfortunately, doesn't have TRU TV on their lineup, so I believe we'll be at the SPN sports bar adjacent to Pineapple Pete restaurant. Sorry for all of these updates, but it's tough on the islands. Missed the 1st NYG superbowl in Guadaloupe (French), they'd never heard of the superbowl. Sacre Bleu!!

I have to say, many of their fans have been very gracious on their bboard. There are a few of those who are not as pleasant, but that's to be expected. They all appreciate the Hooley story.

As with everyone else, I'm hoping the school moves up, not the various coaching staffs. I think the whole league should try to move up, but I'd be happy to be the Gonzaga of the AE, like they are in the MW, although I never hear anything of their other teams. It's going to take a lot of fund raising. Let's all get out those checkbooks and get those lottery tickets!!

That was cool! I passed on the news to some of the Brown's in-laws, they were in flight during the game. I told them to turn on sportscenter, you'll see the BEST part. It's an extra happy happy hour at the pool bar in St. Maarten!

I love the band's energy and music, as well as the afformentioned chant, however there is one issue to which I must take umbrage. Many times when Albany has had a large lead in a game the band has started chanting "Start the buses"; I have always known the chant to be "Warm up the bus". It might be construed as potentially nitpicking an otherwise fine product, but I feel the latter chant has a much greater lyrical quality, as well as a higher historical prevalence in the athletic community. Hopefully the correction is made soon! In this weather the bus is never allowed to cool down.

Tickets were and are available on line - I bought them hmmm, wasn't seeing them last night or this morning but they are there now. Question for the board, what is a good section to try and sit in where people will be loud and cheering? Sat towards the back of 650 with my family and I was the only one cheering loud at the UVM game. Seems to be some seats in the lower part of 600. thoughts? section 200 is really nice, we are a rowdy bunch. Totally agree, but I'm in St. Maarten now, so it will be slightly quieter.

It's "great" if your home. The first time you have to travel 4 - 7 hrs. twice in 5 days, it won't seem so great.

I preferred the unified tournament. I liked to watch the games and meet some of the other fans each year. I was able to go to the sites regardless of location. It's nice for the top seeds, but if you aren't one, as we weren't the last 2 years, we'd have to do a lot of traveling to watch our team.

It takes approx. 2 floors to have the amount of ground parkingground parking. So if we have six floors we can about triple it. Assuming a similar footprint.
