I would like to think our concerns about this topic include: That all the victims and potential victims receive the support and assistance in dealing with any abuse That abuse allegations are thoroughly and completely investigated If crimes were committed and laws broken, the violators of the crimes are fully prosecuted to the full extent of the law That administrators and coaches are helf accountable if they were aware of the abuse and violations of athletic policies and took no action to report the abuse and/or violations These allegations are reminder to the UAlbany Administration, UAlbany Sports Administration and our coaches of the need to be vigilant to ensure the safety and well being of students and our student-athletes. Let us not forget, Doctor Coach Bob Ford had to deal with 3 student-athletes involved in an abuse incident a few years ago. Yes, it can happen here again if we are not vigilant.
