TU Pregame thoughts!

 

It will be interesting to see what kind of effort this team bring tomorrow. Tomorrow is the first game of the rest of the season! One half at a time, one game at a time.

Not sure if I have this right but I think a win today means we finish no lower than 7th. That's a sentance I did not think I'd be writing a couple of weeks ago.

 

Down to 8 guys, 6 guys, 5 guys or whatever I just want to see this team come out and compete today. Hopefully our starting seniors can set the tone.

I can't seem to follow this game closely. I have to rely on ESPN or Sportsline to find updated scores.

 

I find it difficult to believe that UA leads Maine at the half. Last score I found before the end of the first half showed Maine ahead of UA by 7, 32-25. How did UA outscore Maine 10-2? Anyone have details?

Big run to end the half. Hastings had a big two handed put back dunk during the run. Then Covington got a nice offensive rebound and was fouled with no time left on the clock. Made 1 of 2 to take the lead. Good stuff! Team seems to playing very hard.

I'm pretty sure all 8 who are dressed have been in the game. Ambrose has 20. Playing a nice game.

Also, Johnson with 6 assists and a big 3 pointer during the end of the first half run. Good game for him so far.
