OT, you can't sell text books even when you're on a full ride? The NCAA is INSANE. What a joke. Typically 4-5 books that cost $180 to buy are worth like $50, tops.

I sort of get it. The school is paying for your books, so if you sell them you are making money off of it. Students typically buy books themselves and can do whatever they want with the books. What I wonder is what the rules are for selling books on a full academic scholarship.

 

Also we know that Wills was selling back books, but do we know if those books were his or were they 'stolen', and then tried to sell them back.

Perhaps...it just seems like the NCAA is so touchy about kids getting an extra few bucks. If this was school property that's definitely theft and I understand that a bit better...didn't think my post all the way through :P.

 

What if Ben Simmons sells one of this books 'signed' for $2k? You don't think some collector would buy that up?
