I assume they know who is going to actually sign on Weds.  New offers could be a result of that.

Just to compare.  B Strange, kid we offered, same position 15 pounds heavier; Committed to Penn State, runs a 4.66 [most coaches use hand held stop watches - having been a track coach for years it is hard for me to understand how they come up with these '.' whatever times,  Not possible unless they have a fully electronic clock timing.  AND I know of virtually no HS's that have them.  Maybe he was timed at a college FB camp.  By the way on his HUDL profile it says 4.56

Actually he never did commit to UConn.  You can click on their twitter links and usually see where they were offered - after they sign most remove all of that though.  Many got other CAA offers and all got other DI offers, some FBS schools
