I agree. That's the one i've wanted. And the Syracuse one is HORRIBLY racist. It makes the Washington Redskin look like a member of the ACLU.

I have two dogs, thank you very much, including a rescue. Have you ever seen a Great Dane? They're a pretty goofy looking dog and are about as sweet as possible. The cartoon logo we have, has him narrowing his eyes and sorta sneering. It definitely looks tougher than a real one..and probably slobbers a lot less. Those things are drool factories.

Eh, its not exciting or interesting. I like the concept but not with the wording. It looks like something that's a logo for a health care provider or a state pension fun. Nothing pops, and its only exciting to us who feel that Albany should be representing the state. It doesn't catch the eye of non-believers.

How about all submit realistic ideas on how to help market the athletics department using existing resources (that doesn't involve "more money") and put together a white paper to send to the marketing guy in athletics, Voekler. I think i have too much time on my hands at work.

Any one else with any intelligent, realistic, marketing ideas? hands? hands?
