I saw it this morning and didn't want to repost it. Someone at UA stole Lebrun's girlfriend at one time or something. The guy is the quintessential naysayer. Screw 'em.

He's getting paid a ridiculous amount at Liberty and we aren't a step up from Liberty. Our conference is, but our program is not. Liberty has one foot out the door to FBS as soon as a spot opens up in the Sun Belt.

I was just looking at that; it is lit up green now...exciting stuff! Its amazing how clear it is in the middle of the day. Just wait until a night game!

He was Division II coach of the year and rebuilt the New Haven program (which dropped football) to one of the best DII teams in the country in less than 5 years. He has more than enough credentials.

I don't know if it will impact your list, but Delaware hired Rutger's Offensive Coordinator last year. That level is possible. I don't think we should be considering FCS assistants unless they are within the Ford Coaching tree.

The only thing we can ask for is the university to do a thorough national search for a replacement. Preferably within Coach Ford's coaching tree, but if not, someone who share his ideals and coaching methodology. This is a new era for UAlbany football. This will be one of the most sought after jobs in FCS. No reason to settle.

Looking on the online system it appears that Section 107 and 103 are almost entirely sold out. 102 has a large section sold in the middle. 108 is pretty much wide open. Upper deck looks less than 1/2 sold so far. Hard to tell anything else.

The top row is supposed to be the handicapped seating. If that's where it is for the rest of the sections and they put in two more rows, that'll come to the twelve rows they've been selling. All 12 rows installed. The rows on the top (sections sandwiched in between the handicapped section) are probably the best seats in the house.

It's his non-throwing arm. Not really a traditional football injury. Might have had a cut or some thing. Who knows. Sounds like he'll be back soon though so I'm assuming its minor.

Not surprising. JMU is the biggest flight risk in the CAA. You don't build a $65m 25,000 seat stadium to stay in FCS. I'm sure they'll end up in the MAC, Sun Belt or CUSA (ODU is pushing for them in CUSA). They are finishing up their FBS feasibility study this month and there its almost a 100% chance it will recommend a move to FBS.

Play clocks put up this morning. I thought they'd be bigger, but from a QB point-of-view, the height is very much appreciated. Some places put them on the stadium wall and they end up getting blocked by sideline spectators and press .

I think 14 also fit well given the spacing and symetry needed. They can always put up UAlbany flags or switch them out depending on the game. Military appreciation day with the branch flags and american flags? Whatever is up there will really enhance the view from the home side.
