Martin Walking off the Court in Crutches

Recommended Posts

Knee sprain was announced. Mark Singleis' coverage has been WEAK at best, however it was the holidays. For this...no excuse.

Walking on crutches is NOT a good sign! I have torn ligaments and meniscus and not used crutches after the fact. Let's just hope they are being UBER cautious because Josh is VERY impt to the improvement of this team.

He needs time on the court.

You know DP, I was thinking the same thing. He didnt red-shirt last year...and I would NOT be surprised if he did. In fact, I think it makes us a stronger team because I think he can toss another ten on and be a solid bench wing player for us.

I can show him how to toss on another ten but probably not in the way we'd like. I hope he gets his health straightened out whatever the problem is. He's had some tough luck.

How capable is Jerel at bringing up the ball? Or at least sharing the load in this regard? I ask this because when he was getting more playing time at the beginning of the year, I believe Lillis was still bringing up the ball and Jerel was playing the 2, if I'm correct? If Martin will be out for a prolonged period of time, hopefully Jerel can step up.
