UMBC shot 68% from the field in the first half (America East Tournament record), and at about the 5:00 minute mark to go in the second half, they are still around 63% shooting. We saw UMBC do the same thing against us -- they just shoot very well and can really put up points. They deserve the NCAA bid this year as the best representative and team from the America East. I think if we got pas BU we would have made it to the game today against UMBC and at least put up a good fight if not pull one out.

Hartford played better in the second half, just too big of a lead. UMBC will need a shooting performance like that to have any chance at keeping it close with Memphis, UCLA, UNC, or Kansas.
