Hell of a match vs Yale tonight. Down 0-2 , and win in 3-2.

UA loses to LIU in 5. We had several match points, but did not get it done.

We really played a great match and beat Dayton 3-1. Very good win for the team's resume.

The women picked up two matches in the first weekend of October play. They beat league rivals Maine and UNH.

Caught the Friday night match against Maine but good to see the win over UNH who I think was picked 2nd. UMBC looks like one of the main competition for the league title this year. Pretty horrible schedule with them this year - at UMBC then the next match is UMBC at Albany. That's no fun.

VB beats Stony Brook 3-1 and Hartford 3-0 over the weekend.

 

Men's soccer beats New Hampshire 2-0. Goalie Steward Ceus stops all nine shots on goal, UNH goalie stopped two of only four Albany SOG.

 

Field hockey lost to #6 UConn 2-1 in OT today after losing to UVM 2-1 Saturday.
