Bitter sweet moment I'm sure UVM fans but not just them. He was an excellent coach who consistently had his program rolling at a high level.

 

The AE took a hit today. I'll remember the battles we had with him/his teams, some epic moments.

Lonergan did a great job recruiting to Burlington. Always had smart, well-coached teams. It'll be interesting to see what he can do at GW. Luckily it might be too late for a lot of guys to transfer out without many roster spots open. Who does Vermont bring in?

Didn't (now former) AE Commish Nero just get hired by GW as AD? So it would be Nero who hired Lonergan..correct? Interesting.
