UA Women Victorious over UVM

The UA women continue their mastery of the conference by picking up an away game at UVM. The final score was 68-52, but the women held much greater leads throughout much of the game.

Ebone Henry didn't play today, hopefully nothing serious. Several other players stepped up big to help claim at least a portion of the AE regular season title.

Oh come on...I was simply pointing out the reality that highly successful coaches get poached...I'm not clamoring for her to leave simply pointing out the reality of this business.

I shouldn't talk bracketology before the regular season is over but ESPN has it up there so what the heck. http://espn.go.com/womens-college-basketball/bracketology They have us listed as a #15 seed in Columbus beating Penn State. Sorry, I mean playing Penn State.

We should do whatever it takes to keep her at Albany, whenever that comes up.

For now, I'm excited about winning a conference tournament and maybe a game or two in the NCAAs.

A game or 2 will be very difficult - we need to be higher than a 15 seed

Loss to Sam Houston and weak strength of schedule is really hurting us

RealtimeRPI Bracketology hasn't heard of our conference rule, so they project Boston U as a #14 vs. South Carolina at University Park. Beating Hartford a third time could help a little, but a few upsets in other conferences would help more.

Regardless of rpi, that's got to earn a 14 seed or better, especially since we went to the the tourny last year.

Haven't heard anything, maybe lingering effects from the 'non-flagrant' foul vs. BU? The defender might have trying to make a play on the ball, but had one knee in Ebone's chest and the other in her back.
