Late yesterday, I received an email concerning purchasing of tickets for the UAlbany road game at Syracuse University....details below for those who did not see the email...just a personal note: the September 18, 2021 game date is close to the 40th anniversary of seeing my first D! football game, which was at the Carrier Dome against Indiana...

Join the Great Danes on the road! UAlbany football will take on the Syracuse Orange on September 18, 2021, at the Carrier Dome. A limited number of tickets will be available through the UAlbany Ticket office. Tickets will be located in the official UAlbany team section (109 & 110) in the Carrier Dome.

Exact seating locations will be assigned based on the Great Dane Athletic Club priority point rankings. Game tickets are priced at $26.50 and must be purchased by Friday, August 27. Note, pricing includes game ticket only and a maximum of four (4) tickets may be purchased per account. Tickets will be delivered by mail following the August 27 deadline or you can pick up on game day at visiting team will call located at Gate J.

I'll be there. My Boss has season tickets for Syracuse, and he gave them to me for this game. Front row of the upper section at the 50 yard line. Basically the same spot I am in at Casey Stadium. Looking forward to wearing purple in the middle of a sea of Orange.

I went with section 115, behind Albany bench. I don't like the low end zone seats they have for Albany fans. Hopefully some purple around me 😉
