Wow can you say baised? Must not have heard about that new bussiness building to the right side of Collins Circle; or the renovations to the lecture halls or all the other infustructure improvements going on. Instead he focuses on one (the stadium) which will bring in millions for the community and the fountain (including water tower) which aside from looks also provides vital water supplies to all of the dorms, darn poor use of funds to improve the safety of those living on campus; how stupid we must be to waste capital appropriations for that.

Though he may have meant the fountains out front, again fails to understand that capital funds don't affect French classes.
