Are you being facetious? Seriously look at it...never mind 30%...honestly I think it's close to 40%. Just went there and literally half the page is a jumble of ads. I have no problem with an add here or there but the amount we have?

 

I can't stand our website, not the content. Who designed it?

The background and overall color of the website is decent.

 

There's way too many ads saturating the site, making a halfway decent page into a clusterpluck.

 

I'd like to see some colored team photos on the individual team home pages.
