In more bad news from that game, Puk has a leg injury which we knew and Sam Rowley has a sprained wrist.

According to Wilkins they hope Sam's wrist isn't broken...only played 13 minutes. Can't lose a major cog like that, he touches the ball every time down an draws a ton of attention.

Heady.....it's liquid gold! Thankfully the temps went into the fifties today. Tough game to watch - everything went UVM's way today. In this conf. all we really did was hold serve. Too much respect for UA to think that will happen again

GDG and I were talking about the lack of a leader on the team which was especially evident when the team was down in the dumps in the second half-- during the time outs the team didn't say a word to each other. Coaches were huddling discussing strategies and the team just stood there ..no emotion... nothing. It was one of those moments where you wish Blake or Jacob was there to put some fire in the guy's bellies. We need someone, even if they aren't a key scorer or starter, just someone to be the spark of emotion for these guys when things are down and tough. Not saying it would have changed the outcome of the game but just as an observer, like it would at least get the guys fired up. Who knows.

This one still stings the day after... One of the worst defeats I've ever seen... UA looked like they quit at one point... Everyone shut down.

I thought Levan might have been that guy yesterday. Honestly, I'm amazed he made it through the game with some kind of altercation. It was clear he was ticked off and I was glad he responded that way.
