Now THIS is where I have a problem with adjustments. Maine could not stop our offense. So we slowed it down with two to go and, what resulted, were drives by Hooley and Evans that were completely out of control.

Sometimes, you just need to attack.

What a shock. Barely beating a bad team who we keep letting back in the game.

If you disagree with me and my attitude about this then you're doomed to the Smalbany mentality. Sorry.

Honestly, don't preach what mentality is doomed or not doomed. My donations to both football and basketball are FAR from that of a SmallBany mentality. Your apology is accepted.

Good news: More time for Ede. Nice game for Mike Rowley. Solid game from Gary, though I am not sure he goes off like that against better defensive teams.

Bad news: Sam is constricted by the refs, looks a bit out of sorts, and is probably injured worse than we know. Devlin not playing is a big issue. Need stronger second half mentality at the end of games, e.g. a vocal leader. Coaching at the end is a bit suspect with the slow down aspect. Against some teams that's great...against Maine...terrible defensive team but shooting decent from 3 today...gotta continue to attack.

Win's a win. We are 3-1.

I am very confused about the results from the two basketball games today. Both men and women played at 2 pm, and according to some websites I've seen both the men and women won by a score of 84-56. Am I reading that information correctly, or is one of the websites incorrect?

Yes ESPN was putting the women's score on the men's scoreboard. The SEFCU announcer was using the ESPN feed until someone corrected him. cbssports.com had it right.
