From a travel standpoint for fans it's awful...mid week. The Puks will hopefully help fill in some purple in Ohio. (And Dallas' family as well, forgot he's from Iowa too)

We last played them in 2011 at home and we won.

Game on Tuesday is on TruTV.

Hopefully they can find a bus company that has some bus drivers willing to drive 20+ hrs in a short time frame.

Dear UAlbany Season Ticketholders,

The UAlbany Great Danes Men’s Basketball team has been selected to play Tuesday night in Dayton, Ohio. There are currently plans to organize a bus trip that would leave UAlbany, from the Alumni House, at 11pm on Monday night and return immediately following the Great Danes game on Tuesday night. Monday morning an email will be sent with a link that will allow you to register for this bus trip. The bus package will cost $125 for ticket and travel, while the ticket package is $60.

FOR THOSE OF YOU ORGANIZING YOUR OWN TRAVEL PLEASE USE THE LINK THAT WILL BE EMAILED OUT TO SECURE TICKETS. This link will make paying for the tickets much easier for both parties and will allow me to better assign seats.

Should the Great Danes advance on Tuesday night they will be playing on Thursday in Orlando, FL against the #1 overall seed Florida Gators!

We hope to see you in Dayton!!

Thank you for your support and GO GREAT DANES!

Brian Rudolph

The Mount played a brutal OOC schedule with a slew of BCS teams, West Virginia, Villanova, BYU, Michigan St., Penn St., and Texas Tech. Lost many by over 30 pts. but Coach always says that toughens your team for conference play but at 9-7 in the weak NEC, it didn't help them.

UA makes the top picture for our unique uniforms. Weird press is better than no press right?

Checking out all 68 teams in the field

http://espn.go.com/m...ournament-field

Have us at 61

The CBS link is the actual NCAA seedings, while ESPN is giving a ranking of who they think will win.

(That's why Louisville is listed as #3 on ESPN.. ESPN thinks they are a better team than their 13 of 68 overall seeding)

Good question. I wonder why is Coastal Carolina the top 16? If you look at their numbers for the season it makes no sense. Other than having less teams travel far, and putting them there just to play near home.

I've never liked the idea of expansion in the way they've done it. Now, I despise it.

What a slap in the face. The argument that the regular season does in fact matter, is golden.

If we didn't get ass whipped by the likes of Lowell, maybe we could have avoided it.
