Coaching must not think he is ready. All I know is we need a QB badly and some bigger/stronger/faster players in the secondary.

Well, we do need to consider recruiting.... if Fiacchi gives us the best chance to put some points on the board,

and make this game a little less embarrassing... then I say keep him in. I'm thankful we put up 24 points, considering the reality of this game.

 

Although I do wish we could have seen more backups throughout the season.

Come on guys. We just played, arguably, the best FCS team in the nation. It is going to take Coach Gatuso several years together that level. I am impressed how far he has gotten already.

I am with Underpar...we just lost to the #3 team in the nation in the FCS. It's not like this was Stony Brook or Rhode Island. This team has an insanley good shot to win the national championship. Hell, most of us last week were happy with the fact we may finish .500. Now it seems we are freaking out about losing to UNH. Maybe it's the idea that we think we can get an at-large spot, but hell all of us have already said this season was success if it ended right now. Let's calm down. We all know Fiacchi at this pt. It is no surprise.

Hell, most of us last week were happy with the fact we may finish .500. Now it seems we are freaking out about losing to UNH. Maybe it's the idea that we think we can get an at-large spot, but hell all of us have already said this season was success if it ended right now.

It's like my golf game. If I manage any improvement, it only raises expectations for the next time.

I don't mind the loss. The only thing I care about is the poor tackling. It doesn't matter how good the other team is, you have to make them make the plays to win. We gave them points yesterday with our tackling (or lack thereof). Something we hadn't done all year but was eerily reminiscent of last year.

I do the same thing...and just like this game with some of us...i get really pissed when I total suck-up the course.
