The next three games...

Recommended Posts

Are going to show us a lot. They are:

UNH- Took us to OT at home, now on the road.

Maine - Beat us on the road.

SB - Beat us on the road.

Big week for the conference standings. We could be thinking about squeezing in to the regular season conference championship race or battling to try to hold on to the second seed.

UNH on the road is huge. I think we take care of Maine big = so much revenge to get. SBU is not so important unless it's for more home games in tourney. Looking forward to our best bball. After watching the Vt. game we have so much to improve on D. And, even though it's late in the season, I bet we do. I think our winning ways in conference tourney just makes the whole prospect so much more fun. We always have a shot!

Yeah I think we're going to blow Maine out myself...that's one of the worse loss this season and I think the team will take it to em to avenge themselves. UNH is going to be tough...and I think we beat SB at home. We NEED to win-out in order to have a chance at the number 1 seed. If we lose even one of these games, we're pretty much doomed to 2nd seed or 3rd.

Home court advantage may not be all that important. In an article on big apple buckets it was mentioned that the America East has the lowest conference winning percentage at home of the 32 conferences at 48.5% or something like that: and that includes UA and SBU that are both undefeated at home. Kind of crazy when you think about it.

Don't find it that crazy. UA and SBU make up 70% of the AE non conference wins. The league's bottom half is just awful and it really makes no difference where they play. If you tell UA or SBU home field adv isn't all that important they'd call you crazy. Edited by UA'08
