Syracuse coming to Albany

Announced at the PLL game tonight. April 3, 2020.  Syracuse coming to Albany to play next year's men's lacrosse game

You are right.  They are coming to play us HERE rather than the dome!!  It is now posted on the UAlbany lacrosse page.

Took a while and a few wins to get them to come down off their perch.

Main reason is the Carrier Dome is going to get a remodel. The game is usually when we play Cornell so will be interesting to see how the schedule shifts.

Benson told me a year ago they would be coming to UAlbany for Home / Home for the future.

Not me.  It is a ridiculous home field advantage for them.  Let them play us outside and see how the game goes.

Yep.  They have never played outside in April - we have.  May be an advantage for us!

At under home due to the COVID-19 outbreak, saw this "old" topic, thinking to myself, some teams will go to great lengths not to play UAlbany at home.  On the real side, hope  everyone is well and being careful.
