Dartmouth now 4-4, after a 49-45 win at Merrimack. Through 8 games they defend and rebound well. Other common opponent is Siena, who they lost to 56-49. Could be another grind-it-out game like the last one vs. Marist. Hopefully, we shoot a higher % tonight.  Kayla 46 away from 1000.

UA 68 Dartmouth 57. Meghan Huerter hits 6 3’s for a career high 20 pts. Haegerstrand 4 3’s for 18. Cooper 16.  Next up an 0-9 Stonehill team.

Only saw part of the game, but unreal shooting % all around. Interesting that only Helene and Meghan took nearly all of the 3 pointers. I wonder if that was planned or coincidence? Whatever the case, it worked!

Yes, very unfortunate.  We are now down 3 players, with J. Cooper leaving school and Ida Allberg red-shirted.  Quite often Fatima would provide points off the bench for us. Just my guess, but maybe she wasn’t too happy with newcomer Sarah Karpell playing the point 36-40 mpg.  Regardless, the bench becomes shorter. Would be nice now if someone other than Huerter could score off that bench.

But where the hell is she going to go? The season is 10 games old.

Selina I think out for the year? Injured hand? Just what I heard. She did play in at least 1 early game, before getting hurt. I don’t see her at games. Will look for her Sat. Supposed to be a good shooter. Hope she doesn’t leave us.

Imagine this team without Helene Haegerstrand., that being said, the wear and tear of the season my catch up to the team by the playoffs.
