#104206 [MBB] Game #11 12/09/17 7:37 vs Siena at TUC

Home and home or nothing. It doesn't matter if they call the 3rd game neutral NCAA sees it as a home Siena game.

If you are okay that once every 3 years "not everyone gets to go to the game" than why not every 2 yrs? Makes no sense. Dumb argument.

Siena said they got flack from their fans since they didnt all get to go to the game at SEFCU...what do you UA admins have been hearing for 17yrs?

Siena wants to get 66% their way and 33% our way. Sorry, needs to be 50/50.

Such a tired discussion. Anyway, hope we do home and home or nothing at all. Rather get a road money game that will help our SOS.

Don't let UA admin off the hook on this. No way does a team who's 2-6 gets to dictate terms. We not them are the far more accomplished athletic department, throw that weight around. Home and home or kick rocks.

Never said UA admin should get off the hook. I was saying the Siena admins complained their fans complained to them ONE year. Our UA admins/coaches have been hearing complaints for 17 years. Their admins can suck it up. That's what I was implying.

My son once said he is so angry after losses because his team is always the most prepared to win. After sitting directly behind the bench tonight I see what he means. Takes an awful lot to impress me with game plan and x’s and o’s. Impressed!

I think it's probably just you, a known troublemaker!   :D

Yeah yeah lol. You'd think. It was clear something had changed since all the yellow jacketed students were going up to people and standing around the court. They barely can get people to get to come the games and then they try and kick people out. I want to see that decision making tree lol

Kicked out of the arena 3 mins after game ended by student ushers. Said its a "new rule" .

So another "new rule" never told to fans. Glad the Atheltic Department has their priorities and communication is on straight.

What the hell.

Only other place from all our away games that we have been asked to leave after a game is at the TU. No other places ever.

Never really checked but you can watch the post game interviews with Rodger on ESPN3 ..they kept the feed going at the end of the game. You can just go on and fast fwd to end.

Will mentioned the bench is not embracing the scouting reports.

#103761 [MBB] Game #7: 11/27/17 - 7pm - @ Monmouth

Posted by MRSGDG on 27 November 2017 - 09:18 PM

radio post game...

Coach said we lost our poise, missed FT, let calls get to us, and said we didn't respond. Poise and decision making hurt us. Will didn't like much about the game, maybe last 10mins of first half. Didn't think we got poise and composure, falls on his shoulders during time outs, and told players to stop complaining. Thinks team was tired.. Will said he didn't play his bench enough on perimeter and that was on him. Didn't like that Joe and David tried to take quick shots that played into Monmouth's hands. Thinks it will end up being good for them, wake up call to the starting 5 that they need composure also the lack of knowing what we're doing in crucial times by the bench wasn't great. Learning experience. They failed the test today. His job is to get them better and not get caught up in riff raff. Said Monmouth had men who played physical, not cheap shots, just physical and that physical game got to the team and got in the players heads (ie: them complaining).

16 for 26 in FT.. man. What is with this team. A staple of our team has always been good FT shooting.

Anyone know how to make the stadium work with chromecast?

For future use...how to cast your entire desktop with a chromecast. Little drop down that is inconspicuous allows you to cast not just a tab but desktop.

#103595 [MBB] Game #5: 11/22/17 - 7:00pm - @ Dartmouth

Posted by MRSGDG on 23 November 2017 - 10:01 AM

GDG went to the game... some things he noted in person

-Campbell clearly isnt 100% which he thinks is why he got benched. He looked hesitant and didn't drive to the hoop

-Xavier still looks lost a bit

-People complain about our parking, Dartmouth only has street parking haha

-Travis as always was awesome as a leader on the bench..cheering, etc

-Dartmouth wasn't very athletic, except #22, he was really good.Team reminded him of Hartford.

-We played differently than other games this season, played for steals and forcing turn overs..and we did well at it.

-It was mentioned that Dartmouth double teamed us on the post, which now having such a great offense, teams cant afford to do that, because we kick and we have great players ready for the pass and assist. Offense looked great.

-Foster is very athletic and refs called for for a travel, which they probably arent use to such athleticism at oue level
