Iati is good!

Went to the scrimmage today. The team the Danes scrimmaged had some good individual talent. Levi was very good. Really liked Iati and Q! Martin made some typical freshman mistakes but is talented. Wyatt looks healthy. Knotts improved. Walk-on Courtney Johnson ain't to shabby! Iati led the Danes in scoring. I think they said he had 7 3's and 29 points. Not bad for a kid who has only practiced 3 or 4 day's! The Danes are banged up. Pipikis, Wilson, and Hughes are all injured. Did anybody see the size of Zollner on the bench? He is huge! How about this new signee Dyson! 6'9 245. Seems like a player!

The kid is ranked the 286th best player in the country by the Hoop Scoop!

Cole started for Rhode Island and Richards for St. Bonnies! I don't expect the Danes to win without Wilson.

All I've heard is that the scrimmage was basically even. Supposedly Brown started Iati and only played him the entire first half. I heard he hit four or five threes in the first half and then Brown didn't play him after that. Wilson was a DNP. That's all I know.

Do you actually think any athletic department personnel is going to tell you that he is not okay?? The training staff is going to tell you that until you hear otherwise. Hopefully the MRI results come back today.

Finally Jon Iati was cleared to practice. Heard he practiced today. Wonder how he looked. People say he can really shoot it!

Heard Jamar Wilson was hurt bad enough in practice that he is to have an MRI done immediately. Heard possible tear in the knee??? Should know more by Monday.

Only like 30 schools nationally play lacrosse. EAsy! Jumping conferences would be foolish. Don't use Army as a comparison. Army football would blast ALbany and Army stinks. Absolutely blast Albany!

Patch seems like an intelligent basketball guy! The names need another bid body which I am sure Brown will get!

Heard the Danes are currently looking for another transfer from a high DI school to bring in for the second semester. He would be able to play after the first semester next year.

7'1 Kirsten Zollner is the real deal!!! I saw him at practice and he is huge. He scores or get's fouled all of the time and he is a big boy. I think teams are going to play alot of zone against the DANES next year! Just his size makes such a difference!

The men hired an assistant from Coppin State. He was an assistant at Coppin the past couple of years. Supposedly he was a great college player. Former two time MEAC Player of the Year. Played pro overseas!

I have a feeling Brown is going to play Iati, Wilson, Levine, Wyatt, Knotts, Martin, St. Hillaire(In no particular order) and somebody else. I don't think the DAnes will go more than 8 deep. Pipikis hasn't improved and shouldn't play and supposedly Brown is all over Hughes in practice. I guess he is strong and real athletic but is struggling in practice. You add Jordan and Zollner plus the three kid's that have committed and one more big guy with the fourth scholarship and we go from the outhouse to the penthouse quickly. I think Jordan is better than Wilson. Tougher and just as talented. The big guy is huge!

Who cares! Nobody has an interest in the program and most could care less about the program. Nobody could name people on the women's team but everyone knows Jamar Wilson and Levi Levine. Enoughs said! The best players are Mari Warner's. Sweetland, Hutchinson, Ayers, Jones.

Probably a team of former DI players who are trying to get overseas!

Monahan is DII at best. He is an undersized power forward and can't play the small forward. Duell has no shot at being a Sheftic. He is very soft! Sheftic was 255 in high school. Duell will be a bench player at Vermont for 4 years! Schneider is a solid player. Lillis is very good and plays the same position as Schneider. Bauman can really play. Shoots lights out and Wilson is tough and skilled. Albany needs one more big guy!

Sounds like if Wilson would have waited that he might be picked up by a Missouri Valley Conference School. The Missouri Valley is a great league. Much better that a league like the MAAC and possibly similar to the A-10 this past year. Creighton and Southern Illinois were both Top 20!

I saw St. Hillaire on crutches. Looked like a busted ankle. Also, Iati is still out!

It would be the first. The year they won 11 as an independent they beat DII and DIII teams to get to double digits. Southern Vermont and Green Mountain!
